Dr Geoffrey Lee MBBS BMedSc DipSurgAnat FRACS (Plas) is a fully qualified, Australian trained specialist plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

Education, Innovation, and Reconstructive Surgery
Dr Geoff completed his medical degree at the University of Melbourne and went on to specialise in plastic surgery, earning his Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2024. Over the course of his training, Dr Geoff has gained extensive hands-on experience through working in some of Australia’s most renowned hospitals, including The Royal Melbourne Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital, Austin Hospital, The Alfred Hospital, Monash Health and Royal Hobart Hospital.
Dr Geoff is currently working as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, The Alfred Hospital and Austin Hospital. He has a special interest in skin cancer management, hand surgery, head and neck, trauma and reconstructive microsurgery.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr Geoff is committed to education and professional development. Having taught at Monash University and The University of Melbourne, and frequently presenting at international conferences, he is deeply involved in the training of the next generation of surgeons. His published research spans a variety of topics, from keloid and hypertrophic scar management to novel reconstruction techniques in traumatic hand injuries, reflecting his dedication to advancing the field of plastic surgery through research and innovation.
